Deborah A. Megarr is an associate at the Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold and represents plaintiffs injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites and other accidents.

Ms. Megarr attended Montclair State College where she concentrated her studies in English Literature and Humanities. She graduated with a B.A. in English in 1994.  Immediately following graduation, she attended Pace University, School of Law and graduated in 1997.  While at Pace, Ms. Megarr was a participant in the University’s Moot Court competition as well as the A.B.A. Regional and National Negotiation Competitions.  

During her legal career, Ms. Megarr has practiced in various fields of law including personal injury, worker’s compensation, PIP, insurance defense, insurance fraud, and real estate as well as wills and probate.  As a personal injury attorney, Ms. Megarr authored the appellate brief which overturned the trial court’s dismissal of the plaintiff’s medical malpractice complaint which was filed after the expiration of the statute of limitations based upon the Discovery Rule.
  
Ms. Megarr is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
