William R. Stoltz is an associate at the law offices of Rosemarie Arnold representing plaintiffs in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and personal injury.

Mr. Stoltz grew up in Bergen County, and graduated from Northern Highlands Regional High School in 2002.  He subsequently attended Michigan State University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy in 2006.  He then attended Hofstra University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2011.  While at Hofstra Law School, Mr. Stoltz served as an Articles Editor for the Hofstra Law Review, and was named Articles Editor of the Year by his peers.  Since graduating law school, Mr. Stoltz has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, ranging from simple traffic tickets all the way to arguing complex appeals.

Mr. Stoltz is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the Federal Eastern District of New York, and the Federal Southern District of New York.
