Ms. Breen has dedicated her career to representing the injured. She attended Pace University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.  Ms. Breen subsequently pursued her Juris Doctorate at Seton Hall School of Law.  During Law School she interned for the Hon. Peter F. Boggia, JSC (Ret).  Upon her graduation from Seton Hall Law School, Ms. Breen served a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable George W. Parsons, Jr., JSC.

Ms. Breen is a Partner and the Managing Attorney for the New Jersey office.  She is also responsible for multi-million dollars in settlements during her tenure at the firm. Ms. Breen concentrates solely in personal injury litigation including cases involving auto negligence and represents those injured by intoxicated drivers. In addition, Ms. Breen handles cases involving medical malpractice, toxic exposure, products liability, construction defects, insurance coverage, and discrimination.

Ms. Breen is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Bergen County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She is a licensed attorney in both New Jersey and New York.
