Reiah N. Etwaroo

Ms. Etwaroo was born in Guyana, South America and moved to the United States with her family at age 6 to pursue the American dream. She grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey and attended McNair Academic High School. Ms. Etwaroo graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University with a B.A. in Political Science, and also earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Etwaroo served a Judicial Clerkship to the Honorable Mary K. Costello, P.J. Cv., Hudson County Superior Court, Jersey City, NJ.
Ms. Etwaroo began her legal career as an associate attorney practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of general liability, commercial premises, automobile, product liability, and snow and ice cases. She also formerly defended national retail companies and nursing homes throughout New Jersey. Ms. Etwaroo’s defense experience has allowed her to gain valuable experience and insight into how personal injury cases are evaluated by insurance companies and defense counsel. Ms. Etwaroo has also represented defendants in Municipal Court matters ranging from drunk driving offenses to drug possession charges.
Since joining the Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold, Ms. Etwaroo, she devotes 100% of her practice to zealously representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters primarily in the areas of motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
Ms. Etwaroo is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District of New Jersey.
