
David Ventoso

About
David Ventoso is a member of the firm’s civil practice group, focusing on personal injury litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ventoso completed two judicial clerkships, first with the Honorable Christopher S. Romanyshyn, J.S.C. (Non-Dissolution, Family Part, Essex County), where he managed matters involving custody, visitation, and child support. He then clerked for the Honorable Donna Gallucio, J.S.C. (Criminal Division, Passaic County), overseeing pretrial detention proceedings, drafting orders, and coordinating with Pre-Trial Services. In addition, he acted as a mediator in Landlord/Tenant disputes.
Mr. Ventoso earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he distinguished himself by winning first place in an intramural negotiation competition. During law school, he interned for the Honorable John A. Conte, J.S.C. (Ret.), drafting legal opinions in matters concerning termination of parental rights and municipal appeals, and serving as a de facto law clerk in the criminal division. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management.
Mr. Ventoso has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 Under 40” for 2025, by America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys for 2024, and by America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators for 2024.
