Daniel Phillips, Jr., Esq. is an associate at Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold who represents plaintiffs in a wide range of personal injury and employment-related matters. Daniel approaches every case with the goal of providing clients with clear guidance, aggressive advocacy, and personal attention throughout the litigation process.
Prior to joining Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold, Daniel practiced at an insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable insight into how insurance carriers evaluate, defend, and litigate claims, which he now uses to advocate effectively on behalf of injured individuals.
Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2018 before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2023. After law school, Daniel served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey R. Wilson, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County.
On a personal note, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and playing golf.
