John R. Rimi

John R. Rimi, Esq., is an attorney with the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold, LLP, where he represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries as a result of the negligence of others. His practice is focused on personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on protecting his clients’ rights and pursuing the compensation they need to move forward.

John is a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation and trial advocacy. While in law school, he served as President of the Criminal Law Society and completed advanced coursework in Pretrial Methods, Trial Methods, and Advanced Trial Methods.

During law school, John gained substantial hands-on courtroom experience as a Certified Legal Intern with the York County Public Defender’s Office. There, he appeared in court on a daily basis, litigated criminal matters, drafted motions and legal memoranda, and conducted extensive legal research. In recognition of his commitment to public service and exceptional pro bono contributions, John received Widener Law’s Public Interest Initiative Award.

Before joining the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold, LLP, John represented insurance carriers in insurance defense matters. That experience provided him with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, investigate liability, assess damages, and defend against significant injury claims. John now brings that perspective to the representation of injured individuals, using his understanding of the insurance industry to anticipate defenses, thoroughly prepare cases, and advocate effectively for his clients.

John believes that people who faithfully pay their insurance premiums should have an advocate who understands both the legal system and the realities of dealing with insurance companies when they need protection most. His litigation experience, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients allow him to approach each case with the preparation and determination necessary to pursue the best possible outcome for those he represents.
